The great thing about the 3 of us being moderators is that we can add on to each other's posts.
I think that time is way off - there is no way we were running 10:50 miles. My knee is pretty sore right now - think I am going to take a long hot shower - hopefully that will help a little. Think it might be a few days of intense NSAID's.
